You can purchase a 1 or 2 year subscription (3 or 6 issues) via our website.
If you want to include a special message on the card, you can provide this in the 'Add special instructions to seller' field of the Paypal form. If you have any problems with this, you can email your message to admin@poetrylondon.co.uk.

Freelance Poetry Editor Position
10 October 2012Poetry London is one of the UK's most prestigious and best-selling poetry magazines. Founded in 1988, it is published three times a year.
Following the departure of Colette Bryce after the Spring issue in 2013, we are seeking to appoint a freelance Poetry Editor to join the editorial team, and to edit the poems for the Autumn and Spring issues. Poems for the Summer issue will continue to be edited by Martha Kapos.
The Poetry Editor is the ‘lead’ editor of Poetry London, with overall responsibility for implementing and developing its editorial content. She/he also has a key role in the management of the magazine. The Poetry Editor sits on Poetry London’s Board of Trustees in the role of Secretary.

Poetry London Autumn 2012 Launch Reading
5 October 2012Launch event: Friday 5th October 2012, 6.30pm.
Join us to launch the Autumn issue of Poetry London. Michael Symmons Roberts, Frances Leviston, Neil Astley and Liz Berry will be reading.
This event will also see the presentation of prizes for our 2012 competition winners (including Liz Berry, Amali Rodrigo and Ellen Cranitch).
Doors open at 6pm for 6.30pm start.

Poetry London Poetry Competition 2012

Liz Berry has won first prize in the Poetry London Competition 2012, judged by Neil Astley. Liz, who was born in the Black Country and now lives in London, will receive £1000 and her poem ‘Bird’ will be published in our autumn issue, together with the runners-up.
Second prize of £500 goes to Amali Rodrigo for her poem ‘The Fish’, and third prize of £200 to Ellen Cranitch for her poem ‘Blasket Sound’.
Three poets receive commendations, and £75: Rosalind Hudis for ‘Rupture’; Julie Collar for ‘The Stampede’; Wes Lee for ‘Ginnel’; and Suzanna Fitzpatrick for ‘Lamb 001. The commended poems will be published on the Poetry London website in the autumn.
Prizes will be presented by Neil Astley at the launch of the autumn issue in September in London.
